Co-X Green Works 是一家位於台中的室內微型菜苗農場，由農夫 Ashley 親自經營。我們專注栽種向日葵苗、豌豆苗、青花椰苗、芝麻葉、蘿蔔苗等多種新鮮微型菜苗，供應給家庭、餐廳、主廚，以及重視新鮮與健康飲食的顧客。

微型菜苗是在蔬菜生長初期採收的嫩苗，擁有鮮明的風味、細緻的口感與豐富的色彩。從種子挑選、栽種環境、澆水到採收，我們仔細管理每一個環節，努力確保每一批菜苗都新鮮、乾淨、漂亮，並維持穩定的高品質。

我們的微型菜苗在台中栽種並新鮮採收，並盡可能在最短時間內送到顧客手中。對我們而言，微型菜苗不只是產品，而是一件每天都值得用心做到最好的事。

FRESH MICROGREENS, GROWN IN TAICHUNG

Co-X Green Works is an indoor microgreens farm in Taichung, personally operated by farmer Ashley. We grow a wide range of fresh microgreens, including sunflower, pea shoots, broccoli, arugula and radish, supplying homes, restaurants, chefs and customers who value fresh, healthy food.

Microgreens are young vegetable plants harvested during their early stage of growth, prized for their fresh flavours, delicate textures and vibrant colours. From seed selection and growing conditions to watering and harvesting, every part of our production is carefully managed to produce microgreens that are fresh, clean, attractive and consistently high quality.

Our microgreens are grown and freshly harvested in Taichung and delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. For us, microgreens are more than just another product — they are something we work every day to grow as well as we possibly can.
