Free delivery to these Taichung districts on our regular days:
對於其他區域及外縣市，出貨時間通常在完成訂單後之一周內出貨。
我們堅持品質，故運送當天或前一天才進行採收，存貨數量無法準確，出貨時間最長為兩周內完成出貨，謝謝您的耐心等待。
For other districts, cities, and counties, delivery depends on our shipping company, usually 1 week after you've completed your order.

✅其他地區，結賬時會根據您的地址自動計算運費。
✅冷藏宅配 1-5 盒 $225，6-20 盒 $290,超過從新計算。
Delivery method: Refrigerated shipping
✅There is no shipping or handling cost for the above districts in Taichung.
✅For the rest of Taiwan, shipping cost is automatically calculated during checkout based on your address.
✅We charge a fixed rate of $225 for 1-5 boxes, $290 for 6-20 boxes, and so on.
微型蔬菜食用前需要沖洗嗎？Should I rinse my microgreens before eating?
是的。即使我們種植時沒有使用任何農藥噴，但我們使用土壤種植來提供微型菜苗更豐盛的風味，故採收時可能會不經意在您的微型蔬菜盒中發現微少的土壤。
Yes. Even though we do not spray our microgreens with any chemicals - we grow inside! - we do use soil and, from time to time, small particles of soil may be found in your microgreens box.
微型蔬菜在冰箱中可以保存多久？How long will my microgreens last in the refrigerator?
建議最佳賞味期為5~7天左右。微型蔬菜可以在正常冰箱溫度內保存長達 10 天。客戶反饋，與其他微型菜苗的產品相比，它們保持清脆、美味和美麗的外觀的時間要長得多。
Your microgreens will last up to 10 days inside your refrigerator. Customers have told us that they maintain their crisp, flavorful and beautiful appearance for much longer than produce from other microgreen farms.

Yes. However, I'd suggest dancing with them or taking them for a walk before cooking them. Microgreens are best served and eaten raw. That's right: uncooked! They retain their healthy benefits, taste, appearance and texture. If you'd like to warm them up, try them in some scrambled eggs or a pasta dish.

Microgreens are harvested in the very early stage of growth of your everyday vegetables. As such, they pack large amounts of nutrients, vitamins and minerals that are required to grow to full size. Co-X Green Works的微型菜苗在種植過程不使用任何農藥。我們為室內種植，所以不需要使用農藥來防蟲害。
No. Co-X does not use any chemicals or pesticides in the growing process. Since we grow all of our microgreens indoors, there is no need to use any time of chemical or pesticide. This is one advantage of growing indoors. Your microgreens are chemical and pesticide free!
Why is some of this webshop in Chinese? How can I translate that?
The main language for our webshop is Chinese. We've done our best to add English but for security reasons some texts and buttons can't be changed.

誰是創辦者Ashley？Who is farmer Ashley?
Farmer Ashley grew up in Canada before moving to Taiwan in 2004. He decided to try his hand at growing green leafy vegetables using hydroponic techniques. While successful from the start, Ashley later decided to settle on microgreens to grow a fresh product that is not easily found in Taiwan. "I am having a great time delivering a wide variety of healthy, delicious and fresh microgreens to families and restaurants throughout Taiwan," says Ashley.
