關於「生鮮食品」:

  • 依據消費者保護法第19條,不適用「七天鑑賞期」,故不提供退貨服務
  • 商品配送到府後,請儘速檢視商品。
  • 一經拆封﹑食用或因消費者保存不良導致變質,恕不接受退貨的申請。
  • 若外觀上稍有瑕疵,乃屬正常狀況,不影響其內在營養價值,恕不接受退貨的申請。
  • 若商品本身有嚴重缺失,或宅配運送過程中造成損毀等情形,請於24小時內聯繫客戶服務專員。
  • 請盡量保持商品的完整包裝,並將發現缺失或毀損的商品照片(以影片方式拍攝更佳)在聯繫我們時,一併傳送以利存查。

Refund policy for our microgreens:

  • According to the exceptions referred to in Article 19 of the "Consumer Protection Act", the 7-day acceptance period does not apply to "goods which are liable to deteriorate, with fairly short shelf life, or expire rapidly".
  • Please check the goods as soon as possible after they are delivered to your home.
  • Once the package has been opened, eaten, or has deteriorated due to poor preservation by consumers, applications for return will not be accepted.
  • It is normal when there is a slight difference in the appearance of your microgreens and this does not affect they quality and nutritional value. Applications for return will not be accepted in such case.
  • If the product itself was damaged during delivery or parts of your order are missing, please contact us within 24 hours after delivery. Keep the complete package of the product and send us photos or a video of the missing or damaged product. We will contact you as soon as possible to work out a fair solution.
