我們的綜合微型菜苗每盒會依照當週的新鮮度與供應狀況，搭配至少 5 種不同的微型菜苗。可能包含：

向日葵苗、蘿蔔苗、豌豆苗、青花椰苗、小白菜苗、球莖甘藍苗、芝麻葉苗，以及其他當季供應的微型菜苗。

不同品種的風味、色彩與口感搭配在一起，讓每一盒都帶有豐富的層次與變化。實際內容會依當週收成與品質狀況調整。

用途說明

非常適合直接做成沙拉，也可加入三明治、捲餅、飯類料理、主菜或配菜中。不同品種的搭配能同時增添新鮮口感、色彩與風味，是最方便享用多種微型菜苗的方式之一。

Mixed Microgreens

Description

Our Mixed Microgreens include at least five different varieties, selected each week according to freshness, quality and availability. The mix may include:

Sunflower, radish, pea shoots, broccoli, bok choy, kohlrabi, arugula, and other seasonally available microgreens.

By combining different flavours, colours and textures, each box offers variety and balance in every serving. The exact selection may change from week to week depending on what is growing at its best.

Use

Perfect for salads, sandwiches, wraps, rice dishes, main courses and side dishes. The combination of different varieties adds fresh texture, colour and flavour, making it one of the easiest ways to enjoy several microgreens at once.

Nutrition

Because each box contains a variety of microgreens, its nutritional composition will vary depending on the selection. Different microgreens naturally contain a range of vitamins, minerals and plant compounds, making the mix an easy way to add more fresh vegetables, colour and variety to everyday meals.
